Re: Hot Meal Service Notion

Dear Staff,

If you are among the local churches that offer hot meals to the disenfranchised and downtrodden then I have a before and after lunch idea. Since you essentially have a captive audience, may I suggest you offer some GED and higher or lower educational tutoring before and after the hot meal. I am a former volunteer GED volunteer teacher at West Georgia Technical College in 2011. I am available to volunteer to tutor in mathematics and sciences almost any day and time. Re: Gambling Demographics

Dear Chief of Police Lou Dekmar and Captain Pheil,

The premier gambling casinos in the world still call Las Vegas, Nevada home. Prior to the millennials becoming interested in video game gambling, most gambling was done by the elderly probably white female population. Gambling and its concomitant problems: alcohol and drug abuse and prostitution are on the rebound in our society. One of the driving forces is multiplayer video game gambling. People get hooked on video game gambling since there is skill involved in playing video games. Slot machines also known as one-arm bandits are purely stochastic in nature. Our society can’t afford to become a gambling refuge for the planet. We need to teach the young of the perils of gambling where skill is involved. In other words, don’t let infants and young children get hooked early on video games provided by cellphones (smartphones and Internet connected tablet computers). The Internet of Everything (IoE) is going to kill all the social skills that we need to teach the young.

Currently, I am torn between two potential lovers: Cyndi(a) Darlene Burks-Burden, age 55, and former Pathways Second Season nurse, Merry B., age 43 or 44. Both are beautiful females in my humble opinion, but they have their own baggage to bring to any male-female relationship. Cyndi is a sometimes-recovering opioid addict, who needs methadone  and Medically Assisted Therapy to reach a state of virtual normality. Merry B. has two big dogs, a Great Dane and a Siberian Huskie, and two male children, one 20 and at home and one 25 living on his own. I just want the opportunity to get in a healthy (non-toxic) relationship with both women, however, I am not go chasing  after either of these females. I think that Merry B. has written me off and said good riddance to me. I don’t know about what Cyndi(a) is doing now.

I am no prize package. I have a mercurial temperament. I am very quick to anger and self-loathing. I appear arrogant sometimes, but this is a defense mechanism for low self-esteem. The psycho-socio-economic programs I have been sentenced to practice have ripped away many of my decent and good qualities. I feel that our town, county, state and country have just used and abused me.

My sister and representative payee, Susan Williams Harrison, is late with the minuscule amount of money that I receive from the federal government for my alleged brain chemical anomaly: psycho-sociopath or paranoid schizophrenic or schizoid-effective or bipolar or some form of autism, etc. It amounts to approximately $750 plus or minus some dollars every month. How in the heck do the people of the United States expect me to live on that small amount of money? I have been used as a psychological warfare sub rosa (under the table, surreptitious) and unpaid Guinea pig for Molly Hale’s nonexistent agency since at least 1998 and probably earlier. I have been a subject of observation and an unremunerated experiment for “no such agency” since at least the 1980s and more vigorously in the period 2010 to 2019. I have applied to all sorts of federal agencies and departments since I received my terminal degree in December 2005, and I have only garnered two in-depth telephone interviews in 2010 and about 2016 and three live interviews for our current President and Commander-in-Chief Donald J. Trump in 2018 and 2019. I did at least three tests for “no such agency” before that organization decided to see me live and in-person three times at a cost of around $650 or $700 USD air fare and hotel accommodations per round trip at the taxpayers’ expense. I am sorry I got so angry and frustrated after my last rejection sometime in early 2019 after I came back from my “final” in-person interview on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. I had run out of my then current medication of ABILIFY and levothyroxine on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. I tried calling Pathways Center Outpatient Mental Health Clinic of Troup County to get my medications refilled but the staff wanted to put me off for more than two weeks. Thus, began my rapidly downhill spiral into the not so wonderful world of fun blown psychosis and madness.

Re: Chemical Castration by James Pate Williams, Jr., BA, BS, MSwE, PhD

Some states are forcing sex offenders to be chemically castrated. I agree if the procedure is completely reversible. The United Kingdom was going to chemically castrate Alan Mathison Turing and took away his clearance. That directly led to Alan killing himself via taking a chemical that leads to hydrogen cyanide in the bloodstream. Adolph Hitler used a similar chemical agent, but he also shot himself with a 9 mm x 19 mm Luger semi-automatic pistol.

I hope the combination of ABILIFY, ZYPREXA, and VISTARIL are not chemically castrating me. Since 1983 I have only tried to have vaginal sex a few times to no avail. The last time I tried was either earlier this year or last year. I always attributed my impotence to old age, but it is probably due to the anti-psychotics I must take to stay sane. I guess I might have to take Pfizer’s little blue pill namely Viagra. I do have hope that the vein mapping ultrasonic procedure I am scheduled to have on Thursday, January 30, 2020 will help with my libido and virility.

I consider that the Central Intelligence Agency is currently in an ethical, legal, and moral morass. Back in the President Gerald Ford Presidential Administration, our then Commander-in-Chief hired George Herbert Walker Bush, a World War II hero, veteran, future Vice President and President to become Director of the CIA to cleanup its messes and put the agency on a righteous path. In his brief stint at the helm of the CIA Bush 41 made it well known that future Presidents would not allow the agency to get involved in the assassinations of enemy heads of state. We got in trouble in the late 1950s and early 1960s attempting to get mob (organized crime syndicate, e.g. Mafia) accomplices to kill Fidel Castro. That effort inadvertently led to the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy by the lone gunman Lee Harvey Oswald. Evidently the CIA is back into assassinations and enhanced interrogations (water-boarding and other tortures).

I also believe the National Security Agency/Central Security Service is in its own ethical, legal, and moral quagmire regarding the advent of the quantum computer and cyberwarfare. I believe we should slow down on three areas of computer science: the dual Holy Grails of the discipline – quantum computers and human level artificial intelligence, and state-sponsored black hat hacking = cyberwarfare. I am against all forms of hacking and believe the United States should be a signatory to a treaty banning all forms of deleterious computer and software developments.
